Tracy Keller

Tracy Keller has been Director of Survey Analytics with Service Scouts since 2017. Prior to that, Keller served as Quality Assurance Coordinator. While working with Service Scouts, she has had the opportunity to work with about one third of all professional sports league teams in the U.S. providing Quality Assurance, Survey Development, Executive Analysis, Scheduling, Editing, and Project Management of Guest Experience programs for sports and entertainment clients.

While working with Service Scouts, Keller partnered with Ruby Newell-Legner, President of 7Star Service, Ruby Speaks, and former National Speaker Association president, serving as Communications Coordinator.

The journey to her passion of providing World Class Customer Care included other industries and paths which includes fifteen years of Data and Telecommunications with small businesses and large corporations alike, such as: banking/ financial; non-profit organizations; law firms; stock-market trading and call center management.

Early in her career, Keller had the pleasure of being Telecommunications Analyst for The Council on Foreign Relations. This experience allowed her to learn about international relations and meet several heads of state at that time. Additionally, Keller has a strong interest and administrative background in Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Family Law.

Keller currently holds degrees in Business Administration and Electronics Technology and a Paralegal Studies certification. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with plans of continuing to law school. She currently resides near Buffalo, NY.
