Scott Lasker has worked in sports and entertainment, managing arenas and stadiums that host NBA, NFL, and NHL franchises since 1998. Most recently, he was the Account Manager for Whelan Event Staff Services (WESS), leading their Cleveland office and providing event and security staff for the Cleveland Browns, the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Kent State University, and special events for the Cleveland Indians. Prior to that, Scott was the Senior Director of Events and Guest Services with the Buffalo Bills for almost 7 years, where he was in charge of guest experiences, overseeing a game day staff of almost 650 people. He played an integral role in changing the culture for his full and part-time employees, as well as for the fans that attended Buffalo Bills home games. During the time he was there, he was able to reduce the number of ejections and arrests by more than 70%, and was recognized as a guest services innovator, integrating several initiatives that were subsequently adopted by the NFL as recommended best practices for the 32-team league. Before joining the Bills, Scott served as the Senior Manager of Guest Services and GuestPath for the TD Garden (home of the Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics) for 6 years.
Throughout his career, Scott has been able to create and implement many guest services and security training programs, manage more than 1,500 events with up to 75,000 guests, work 3 Olympic Games, train more than 10,000 staff members, and design over 150 events on AUTOCAD. He lives in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife and 6-year-old twin boys.
