Eric Blankenship has accumulated over 20 years of marketing and sales experience in the sports, facility, entertainment, restaurant and hospitality industries. Blankenship has significant experience across many disciplines including Brand Marketing, Strategic Planning, Advertising/Media Buying, Promotions, Digital Marketing (Paid Search, Advertising, Retargeting, Video, OTT, etc.), Digital Media (Internet, Mobile App, Email, Text, etc.), Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), Media Relations, Public Relations, Community Relations, Ticket Sales & Service, Premium Seating Sales & Service, Group Sales & Service, Sponsorship Sales & Service, Retail Sales, Game Presentation, Live Events, Broadcasting and Food & Beverage.

In late 2020, Blankenship founded Mind Stone Marketing Group, LLC, a full-service marketing agency focusing on Marketing Strategy, Brand Development, Advertising & Media Buying, Promotions, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Digital Media, Social Media, Business Development and Sports Marketing. Blankenship saw an opportunity to aggregate his skills, experiences and successes, while leveraging deep relationships, to bring those strategies, programs and initiatives from large organizations to small, medium and start-up businesses.

Born and raised in Tampa, FL, Blankenship graduated from Tampa’s Jesuit High School. While working full time, he attended St. Petersburg College where he majored in Architectural Design with the ambition to design and develop sports and entertainment facilities. Shortly thereafter, he changed his major to Marketing and began his tenure at the University of South Florida located in Tampa, FL. He graduated from the University of South Florida with Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing with his sights set on the Sports and Entertainment industry.
